We are proud to announce the availability of a UML XMI
importer for CocoAdmin/CocoBase Enterprise. This facility
can take an XMI formatted UML model exported from Rational
Rose, TogetherSoft Control Center or ArgoUML (or other
UML/XMI 1.3 compliant exporter). It is in early access but
will be shipped with the next service release of the
product.

This facility will read an XMI file and allow the developer
to create a CocoBase Map, Navigation model and ddl from
the XMI file (all are optional operations). Then once maps
are imported, customers can either use them against existing
concrete classes or generate new classes and or components
such as Entity Beans from the model.

This facility is a drop in module to the SR11 release of
CocoBase and is available upon request by talking to your
salesperson or emailing the support@thoughtinc.com account
and it requires SR11 be installed before it can be used.
