Welcome to the new CocoBase Tech Forum.

Guidelines:

TIMING - To obtain technical support from THOUGHT Inc. you may use both the email supportaccount "support@thoughtinc.com" and the Online CocoBase Tech Forum. We will do our best to respond to your questions in a quick and timely manner. Please understand that different factors affect our timeliness of our response. The usual response time varies from a few hours to a few days. If your question is especially complex and/or requires setting up a test machine, etc. than the response can take as long as all of these steps require.

WHO GETS SUPPORT - We offer free support to those evaluating CocoBase Enterprise O/R. For those who have purchased email support also receive support.

FACILITATION - Our sales people play an important role here at THOUGHT Inc. in supporting customers. They are your advocate and can facilitate your response from the support team. The sales person can set up a phone appointment for you with a technical representative, however, we do require that you email to us your questions in advance. In this way, our support team can take the time to research answers to your questions and be ready to most efficiently respond to you.

FEEDBACK - It is very important to us here at THOUGHT Inc. to actively ask for your feedback and to respond to it as is possible. We have found that many innovations to our product and service started as a result of a customers feedback. Therefore, please bring forward your responses - wishes - what is working / what is not working - etc. Now, we also love to hear what we are doing that has really met your needs, been over and above the call of duty, a feature that makes your job easier, etc.
