Customer and address tables

I used the CocoAdmin tool to connect to a test database for the first time. The installation procedure ignored the option not to install the demo customer and address tables and overwrote the customer and address tables in my database. I restored the database and tried again with the same results.

This was a distribution error. It's a known problem in the
current release that we do have a simple workaround for.

There was an error in the demos/resource/dbinstall/default.ddl
that deletes those tables. The next update doesn't do this,
and you can either edit the file and remove those commands,
or you can email and ask for an early
access update.
