I am trying to install cocobase product over W2K but I get next error:

It sounds like you didn't follow the installation instructions on the download site.

You don't extract the installation archive, you install it directly from the jar. An example is:

java -jar CocoBase_0211.jar

Why did you try to run this class anyway? Were you having problems with the install?
