This means that you didn't install and register the product, so no registration key was generated. If you email support@thoughtinc.com and ask for a registration key, they can step you through generating one. It just requires running a small program on your computer that you then send the output to our support. From that we can generate a registration and evaluation key.
If you 'register' the product using the installer it automatically generates your registration key, but if you choose not register, the software is unusable until you obtain a valid key.
